This hotel impressed me. The rooms included a welcome drink on arrival, a nice touch. The pool area had plentiful sunbeds. Breakfast provided many options, including cooked eggs made to order.
the gym was limited.

Our suite was spacious. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. The balcony was enormous, offering ample space to relax and take in the views there.

Breakfast included a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, nuts, and seeds. The hotel offered a great selection of coffees and smoothies. Lunch options around the pool were plentiful and tasty.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Staff ensured a quick transition to our upgraded suite upon arrival. The waiters around the pool were friendly and helpful.

the grounds and pool area looked well maintained .
my room lacked soundproofing, i could hear noises from other rooms. the tv was small and seemed outdated. i also found that i needed to pay extra for parking even as a guest.

i got a welcome drink upon arrival. the staff had food put away for me, even the restaurant were already closed. the gardens were well maintained and beautiful. i could easily move around the common areas because they were flat.
the housekeeping was noisy, even with no do not disturb sign. they wanted to enter my room too much. they rearranged my stuff in the bathroom, i did not liked that. they also threw away bottled liquids that i still used.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was clean. The gardens were beautiful. I enjoyed the nightly entertainment and the food had great choices at both breakfast and dinner.
I felt the shower water pressure could be stronger. The hotel needs to address these issues.
